Welcome 

ZNA Stuivenberg is a 400 beds general hospital with activities in most surgery disciplines (except cardio surgery: see ZNA Middelheim). ZNA Stuivenberg has an important and well experienced centre for obesity surgery. The hospital also hosts one of the largest burn centres of Belgium and a well known centre for spine surgery. Thanks to a wide range of international agreements, the haematology department of ZNA Stuivenberg offers state-of-the-art treatment for all types of blood illnesses. The hospital has its own stem cell transplant centre.

Access

By plane:

Fly into Brussels Airport. To reach Antwerp, you can take the train to Antwerpen-Berchem (railway station in the airport). Take a taxi to ZNA Stuivenberg. It is only an 8 minute ride that will cost about 10 euro. Taking a taxi from Brussels airport straight to ZNA Stuivenberg will cost you approximately 63 euro.

By train:

Whether you come by Eurostar or by any other train arriving at Brussels South, take the train to Antwerpen-Berchem. Upon arrival in Antwerp take a taxi to  ZNA Stuivenberg; that will cost you about 8 euro.

By car:

  • Coming from Brussels: follow the Antwerp Ring Way in the direction of 'Nederland' and take exit 2 (Deurne). Turn left, drive under the motorway and the railway and turn left again. Proceed onto 'Pothoekstraat' up to the traffic lights. You see ZNA Stuivenberg at your right hand side.
  • Coming from the Netherlands, follow direction 'Gent' and take exit 3 (Borgerhout/Deurne). Follow the main road till reaching the 4th traffic lights (about 2 km) and turn left. Follow direction 'Centrum' and drive under the railway. Turn left.
    Proceed onto 'Pothoekstraat' up to the traffic lights. You see ZNA Stuivenberg at your right hand side.
