Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation in the Sphere of Healthcare and Social Services between the Association of the Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (ARPM), represented by Victor DMITRIEV, president, and Healthcare Belgium Foundation, represented by Herwig Fleerackers, CEO.
The Association of the Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (ARPM) and Healthcare Belgium Foundation sign the MoU on 22/4/2014 in Brussels.
They aspire to develop the cooperation in the sphere of healthcare and social services,
Their aim is to create favorable conditions for public-private partnership in healthcare and social services of the Russian Federation.
The objectives in the MoU are:
· Joint efforts in the healthcare facilities development of the Russian Federation;
· Assisting the transfer of experience of the Kingdomof Belgium to the Russian Federation;
· Assisting the latest medical technologies implementation in the Russian Federation.
In order to achieve these objectives, they will cooperate for several projects, as there are for example:
· Mutual exchange of information and proposals for cooperation in order to define business opportunities and partners in the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Belgium.
· Exchange of delegations of experts for joint consultations, including technical, strategic and operational support of cooperation.
· Cooperation in the scientific, educational, information, innovation and other spheres related to healthcare and social services.
· Assisting the establishment of cooperation between the leading providers of medical services in the Russian Federationand the Kingdom of Belgium.
· Joint organization and participation in specialized exhibitions, seminars, forums.
